I wish I could give him more stars honestly! He was so amazing, so professional! His negotiation skills were superb, he was really able to help me and the landlord meet in the middle on our needs. I needed a home in the Royal Oak area but I lived in the Ypsilanti area and worked remote. There was no way I could accommodate those viewings. But Carlos didn’t care, he virtually did the showings of multiple houses until I was happy. I don’t recommend moving into a house that you never seen hahaha! Let’s just say I put a lot of trust in Carlos and he did not disappoint! He really listened to me and I didn’t find that with other realtors!
